Since graduating from Wollongong University with a Bachelor of Creative Arts: Performance Alex’s theatre credits have included the collaboratively devised work Spoils: Woodcourt Art Theatre + Adelaide Fringe Festival, As I Lay Dreaming: Shopfront Arts Co-Op, Sundowning: TRS, Macbeth: Montague Basement, new Australian devised work Monument: Shopfront Arts Co-Op, The Carousel: Shopfront Arts Co-Op, Belvoir’s Downstairs Theatre, Merrigong Theatre Company, KXT bAKEHOUSE + Pip and Han Inc., Before Lysistrata: Montague Basement, The Moors: Siren Theatre Company + Seymour Centre, and Doing: Puddle or Pond.
She won the Emerging Artist Award in 2014 at Adelaide Fringe Festival with Woodcourt Art Theatre and has nationally toured Aim Higher and Smashed with UK theatre in education company Gibber. Next, she will be performing in Snatched Theatre Company’s play reading April Marlowe’s Abortion as part of the UNFOLD FESTIVAL at the Old Fitz.
